Terms of Service
1. What DeepMarkets is
DeepMarkets is a software tool for market data, charting, analytics and user-configured trading automation. We provide software only. We are not a broker, exchange, custodian, fund, or investment adviser, we never take custody of your funds, and we do not manage money on your behalf.
2. Your account & keys
Trading bots run on your own exchange API keys, which you create and control. You are responsible for setting key permissions (we recommend trade-only, never withdrawal) and for the security of your exchange account. Keys are stored encrypted; we cannot withdraw your funds.
3. You are responsible for your trades
Every order is placed with your keys under settings you choose. You are solely responsible for your configurations, strategies, leverage, and the resulting trades and outcomes. Automation can fail, lag, or behave unexpectedly due to exchange outages, network issues, or errors.
4. Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans are billed per period in USDT (TRC-20). Access is granted for the paid period. Because access is delivered immediately and continuously, payments for a started period are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel anytime; your plan simply ends at the period's close.
5. No guarantees
We make no promise of profit, uptime, or fitness for any purpose. The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepMarkets is not liable for trading losses, missed trades, exchange failures, or any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 3 months.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, market manipulation, or in violation of any exchange's terms or your local laws. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. Contact us via the in-app support form.
Términos del servicio (Español)
1. Qué es DeepMarkets
DeepMarkets es una herramienta de software para datos de mercado, gráficos, análisis y automatización de trading configurada por el usuario. Ofrecemos solo software. No somos bróker, exchange, custodio, fondo ni asesor de inversiones, nunca custodiamos tus fondos y no gestionamos dinero por ti.
2. Tu cuenta y llaves
Los bots operan con tus propias llaves API, que tú creas y controlas. Eres responsable de los permisos (recomendamos solo trading, nunca retiros) y de la seguridad de tu cuenta. Las llaves se guardan cifradas; no podemos retirar tus fondos.
3. Eres responsable de tus operaciones
Cada orden se coloca con tus llaves y tu configuración. Eres el único responsable de tus ajustes, estrategias, apalancamiento y resultados. La automatización puede fallar o retrasarse por caídas del exchange, red o errores.
4. Suscripciones y pagos
Los planes se cobran por período en USDT (TRC-20). El acceso es inmediato y continuo, por lo que los pagos de un período iniciado no son reembolsables salvo que la ley lo exija. Puedes cancelar cuando quieras; el plan termina al cierre del período.
5. Sin garantías
No prometemos beneficios ni disponibilidad. El servicio se ofrece "tal cual". En la máxima medida legal, DeepMarkets no responde por pérdidas de trading ni daños indirectos. Nuestra responsabilidad total se limita a lo que nos pagaste en los últimos 3 meses.
6. Uso aceptable
No uses el servicio para actividades ilegales, manipulación de mercado ni en violación de los términos del exchange o tus leyes locales.
7. Cambios
Podemos actualizar estos Términos; el uso continuado implica aceptación. Contáctanos por el formulario de soporte.
